How many computers can I use?
One licence activates one computer. Changing machines? Release the licence from My licences (or inside the app) and activate it on the new computer — transfers are free.
Do Pi apps need the internet?
Only to activate your licence and download installers and updates.
Are updates really free?
Yes. Every update is free, with no upgrade fees and no hidden costs. New versions appear in My licences and the app tells you when one is ready.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Download the full version from any product page and try every feature free for 15 days. Your trial runs on one computer and converts to a full licence when you purchase.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Any time, from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Sign in and open My licences. Every product you own lists the latest macOS and Windows installers, plus older versions if you need them.
