We want you to buy with confidence. Every product has a free trial so you can test it with your own system first — and if something still is not right, here is how refunds work.
01 Perpetual licences
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a product, you can request a full refund within [14] days of purchase, provided the licence is deactivated from all computers. Refunds are not available for products bought during a free-trial conversion after [14] days, for not-for-resale licences, or where a licence has been abused.
02 Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Payments for the current period are not refunded unless required by law. [First-time subscribers may request a refund of the first payment within [14] days.]
03 Customers in the EU and UK
Digital content is supplied immediately after purchase. At checkout you are asked to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or activation begins. This does not affect our voluntary refund policy above or your rights if the software is faulty.
04 Faulty software
If the software does not work as described on supported systems and our support team cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as provided by law.
05 How to request a refund
Open a request through our support form with your order reference and the reason. We reply within [2] business days. Approved refunds are issued by [Payment Provider] to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, and the related licence is revoked.
