These terms apply when you buy a licence or subscription for Pi by Saharty software on our website. Together with the End User Licence Agreement and Refund Policy, they form the contract between you and us.
01 Our reseller
Orders on our website are processed by [Payment Provider], which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. [Payment Provider] is the seller of record for your purchase: it takes your payment, calculates and collects applicable sales tax or VAT, issues your invoice and handles billing questions and chargebacks. Pi by Saharty grants and supports your licence.
02 Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in your local currency where available. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location and shown before you pay. Prices and promotions may change, but the price you pay is the one confirmed at checkout.
03 What you buy
- Perpetual licence — a one-time purchase to use the product on one computer, including free updates.
- Subscription — access to the product or bundle while your subscription is active, billed monthly or yearly.
- Bundles and upgrades — as described on the product page at the time of purchase.
04 Delivery
Software is delivered digitally. After payment your account is created or updated automatically, your licence appears in “My licences” and installers are available to download immediately. No physical product is shipped.
05 Subscriptions and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We will notify you before any price change takes effect for your subscription.
06 Free trials
Free trials let you evaluate the full product for 15 days on one computer. Trials do not require payment details and end automatically; buying a licence during or after the trial converts it to a full licence without reinstalling.
07 Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes are valid for the products, period and number of uses stated, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless stated. Educational pricing requires verification of eligibility.
08 Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
09 General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. Questions: use our support form.
